Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
Yes, we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
When is the remaining balance due?
The full balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. You will receive a reminder by email.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival,
the full amount will be charged, unless otherwise agreed.
Can I bring pets?
Yes, pets are welcome! We allow up to 3 pets, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house.
Smoking is only allowed outside, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly — not in the garden or driveway.
What is the maximum number of guests?
The house accommodates a maximum of 15 guests (with 18 sleeping places). This number must not be exceeded for reasons of comfort, safety, and insurance.
