Security Deposit

A €700 deposit is required upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded within a week after departure, provided the accommodation is left in good condition with no damages or violations of the house rules.

Tourist Tax

A tourist tax of €4 per person per night applies in addition to the reservation cost. This fee is included in the total price.

Cleaning Option

When booking, you can choose the option:
✔ “I will NOT take care of the cleaning myself (€250)”

If you select this option, we will handle the cleaning after your departure for a fixed fee of €250.

However, if you prefer to clean the vacation home yourself and leave it spotless for the next guests, you can save this cost.

Important: If no choice is made and the house is not left in the agreed clean condition, the €250 fee will be deducted from the deposit.
